A Holy Day!

• 35 years ago,.. there is this boy born in Penang. His grand-ma went to Goddess of Mercy and got a 'JIM' which says: 'THIS BOY ARE NOT ALLOW TO LEAVE HIS BIRTH PLACE UNTIL HE IS 12 YEARS OLD'
• The mother of this kiddo, a crew and her religion : free thinker, refused to believe and since it was his school holiday, she brought him to Hong Kong for a short stay. Upon disembarking the aircraft in Hong Kong, this kiddo slipped off the stairs from the aircraft and fell into a deep coma.
• Doctors were called in to scan lah, x-ray lah, put tube lah, pull tube lah,... still kiddo laid lifeless in the hospital bed.
• Kiddo's mom did everthing she could,.. but,.. nothing change kiddo's situation. Then, some other senior crew told kiddo's mom,... 'We're not sure you believe in Wong Tai Sin or not, but why not give it a try?'
• Not knowing what to do,.. kiddo's mom went to Wong Tai Sin and ask for a 'Jim',... the 'Jim' says,.. ' THIS BOY ARE NOT ALLOW TO LEAVE HIS BIRTH PLACE UNTIL HE IS 12 YEARS OLD. BUT HE IS IN MY LAND AND I SHALL SEE NO HARM WILL BE DONE TO HIM. HE CAN HAVE HIS SHORT HOLIDAY IN MY LAND BUT HE MUST RETURN ONCE IT'S OVER'
• Right away, kiddo's mom went back to the hospital and kiddo slowly woke up. He was suprised and asked his mom,.. 'Is this place(hospital) Hong Kong?'
• Doctors were shocked and check again lah, scan lah, x-ray lah,...on kiddo. No answers were found,.. but kiddo's health were normal.
• Kiddo spend a few days enjoying the real Hong Kong and went back to Penang after that,... his mom resigned after that incident.
• Ever since that case, all outport cabin crew (in those days, there were only a handful of them) went to Wong Tai Sin to pray for safety and health every year because we are all making our bread in his land.
